The strategic goal and mission of this new joint venture company, equally owned by Rosetti Kazakhstan LLP ("ROS-KZ") - which is a Kazakh company affiliate to Rosetti Marino of Italy and by MART Machinery Plant LLP ("MMP") is: 

To provide its Clients and stakeholders with the best value by running safe and environmentally responsible operations in strict compliance with law and ethics.

  

To become a reliable and successful Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor capable to serve, mainly, the offshore oil & gas industry in the Caspian region and meanwhile contribute to increase the "local content" for any oil & gas related projects in compliance with the national plans of industrial growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

 

 

To be competitive and successful in the design, supply and construction of modular oil & gas treatment systems and plants, skid mounted units, pre-assembled units (PAUs), heavy and special structural steel works, piping systems, process equipment and packages like H.P. manifolds, pig launching / receiving traps, pipe racks, etc. ;

To include in its range of services also the possible installation of its own products, depending on Customers' requirements and specific characteristics of the projects;

 

To develop its production capability and capacity up to including shipbuilding activities for special marine vessels such as, for example but not limited to, tugs, survey vessels, supply vessels, accommodation barges, etc.

KCOI is the owner of land plot of about 48 hectares located near the S. Shapagatov village in the surroundings of Akshukyr village, north of Aktau City, at about 8 km distance from Aktau international airport.

This land plot with a sea front of about 600 m is a construction yard  serving the offshore oil & gas industry and become capable to fabricate and load-out modularized plants or structures for offshore installations up to a weight in excess of 5000 metric tons.

In a later phase (from 2012) KCOI yard may be expanded and upgraded so as to increase its capacity to fabricate and handle even larger structures and plants with weight above 10.000 metric tons.
