KCOI LLP will operate according to the same principles and systems already successfully implemented by its main Affiliate, Rosetti Marino, in order to take advantage of the consolidated experience in these fields that is essential for the best success of the company and for its full compliance with rules and standards which are typical of the offshore oil & gas industry and with applicable laws.
As a matter of fact, in this early period of KCOI LLP operations, KCOI LLP Governing Bodies are spending their efforts to speed up the definition and approval of the procedures and instructions related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental protection and management. KCOI LLP procedures will be just based on Rosetti's corresponding documents, duly adjusted to comply with local laws and regulations as well as to reflect KCOI LLP actual organization.
With specific reference to QHSE issues KCOI LLP is committed to adopt and implement the most stringent requirements based on Rosetti's and Mart’s QHSE policies.
Of course, specific policies, manuals, procedures, instructions will be formally and progressively developed and issued by KCOI LLP as outlined here above.
Plans are being defined also to obtain the certification for compliance of KCOI LLP QHSE systems with well known international standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007).
In the event of partnership agreements for specific projects (such as, for example, consortium or non-incorporated Joint Venture agreements) with other companies, it is envisaged that, on case by case basis, the best integration of QSHE and operating procedures between KCOI LLP and its partner(s) will be settled since the tender phase with the aim to comply with the project requirements for proper integration and coordination of each member of the partnership while minimizing any possible disruption to each member's own corporate systems especially for engineering, procurement and construction.
